Tournament Rules

  • All games are bring your own fight stick.
  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • Payout for event winners will be 70%/20%/10% for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place respectively.
  • Your coming match will be called out during the current match being played at your station. Should you not be present when the match ends and your match is called, you have three minutes to arrive before you are disqualified for the match. Please be on time and present at your tournament station!
  • To the best of our ability, we will place players in a manner that minimizes the chances of them playing against someone who lives in close physical proximity to them.
  • Emotions tends to rise during tournament play, as people get heated hype will inevitably take over the crowd. Despite the rush, please refrain from any serious personal attacks and damage to the hotel property.
  • Rules may be changed/modified at the discretion of the tournament directors.

Street Fighter III 3rd Strike (2v2 Teams)

Format: 2/3 Rounds, Double Elimination, 99 Seconds, No Handicap

All players must keep the character throughout the tournament, but may change super art. Gill is not allowed in tournament play. A team cannot have two of the same character. The in-game judgment feature will be used to determine the outcome of draw games. In a match, player 1 from Team A plays player 1 from Team B. Then player 2 from Team A plays player 2 from Team B. If one team wins both games, the match is over. If players from different teams win, then the winners of each of the previous two games play, and the winner of that game wins the match.

Marvel vs. Capcom 2

Format: Turbo 1, 2/3 Rounds, 2/3 Games, Double Elimination, 99 Seconds

Deadbody infinites are allowed to gain a positional advantage, but not to delay the game. Winner must keep same starting character, but can switch the order of assists. Do not use any glitch that prevent the game from being played. The same character can not be selected twice on the same team.
